Beaver Services established in 2018 is an off spring of its parent comapany Klassic Construction Pvt. Ltd. KCLP has been in the construction industry for over 3 decades and has been primarily involved with the Government sector of our county with operations nationwide.
Under Klassic's banner the sibling duo Anchal and Amit Bhasin of Beaver Services has the privilege to be involved and execute multile project of different facets and gain rich understanding in many verticals associated with civil engineering especially
in the field of residential and commercial building projects.

Aanchal Bhasin is a civil engineer by qualification with
over 10 years of experience in
her field. She specializes in
the overall
supervision of
projects with keen understandings of timeline, cost
implication, quality and environmental factors.
Aanchal
has an earnest passion for the
housing community of her
country and is committed to
establish economical, sustainable and maintenance friendly solutions for the same. She
has been associated with
many Government projects in
a series of roles and is now
keenly setting foot in the "Self
& Redevelopment Segment
for Housing Societies".
CHIEF OPERATION OFFICER
Amit Bhasin is a civil engineer by qualification with over 16 years of experience in his field. Amit is a master in executing projects even in the most challenging of situations. He has a record for being the most efficient with regards to material management on his projects to ensure minimal wastage. Being a natural leader his team building and team placement skills give him an edge in all his endeavors.
CHAIRMAN
Kaval Bhasin is one of the promoters of Klassic Constructions. He plays a pivotal role in Beaver as he backbones the company in all its financial and operational matters, in dual roles of a Father and Key Advisor. Apart from having tremendous experience in his field of over 25 years and a degree in MBA-Finance, Kaval also has this incredible talent and enthusiasm for space design and management with many projects credited to him.
